Head Chef

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Ling grew up working in her family’s cha chaan teng before taking her passion overseas to fine-dining kitchens across London and Melbourne. Now back home at NOOK@The Peak, her journey comes full circle—using precise, modern techniques to bring out the absolute best in Hong Kong’s most beloved everyday comforts.

Retshering David Gurung

Venue and Bar Manager

Born in Nepal and a Hong Konger for over 20 years, David brings incredible energy, a big smile, and over a decade of top-tier hospitality experience to the Peak. From crafting signature cocktails behind the bar to leading our floor team, he’s all about creating seamless, high-vibes experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
